Return & Refund Policy At Cardizard Cards
We want every order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. Because we sell sealed trading card products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. For the safety and integrity of sealed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed packs, boxes, or collectible trading card products. Once a sealed product leaves our store, we cannot verify that it has remained unopened, untampered with, or in the same condition it was shipped.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a fair solution. Please email us at:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for shipping carrier claims. Depending on the situation, a solution may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.
Pulls Are Not Guaranteed
Trading card products are chance-based. Cardizard Cards does not guarantee specific pulls, hits, card values, chase cards, grades, or pack contents beyond what is advertised by the manufacturer. Not receiving a desired card, pull, hit, or value from a sealed product is not a valid reason for a refund, replacement, store credit, or compensation.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our final sale policy. Final Sale Notice By placing an order with Cardizard Cards, you acknowledge that sealed trading card products are final sale and that pulls, hits, card values, and pack results are not guaranteed.
