At Cardizard Cards, we take care in packaging every order so your products arrive safely and securely.
Shipping Area
Cardizard Cards currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or unexpected delays.

Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.
Packaging
We carefully package orders to help protect sealed trading card products during transit. Depending on the order size and product type, packaging may include protective sleeves, team bags, bubble mailers, boxes, padding, or other protective materials.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Cardizard Cards is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.
Cardizard Cards is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, or delivery issues outside of our control. However, if an issue occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for a carrier claim.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
