Store Information
Cardizard Cards is a collector-run online shop offering Pokémon trading cards, sealed packs, and collectible trading card products. We aim to provide a straightforward, trustworthy shopping experience with secure checkout, careful packaging, and clear communication.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Inventory may change at any time, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, update product listings, remove products, or cancel orders when necessary.
We make every effort to display product details, pricing, and availability accurately. However, errors may occasionally occur. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to correct the issue, cancel the order, or offer another reasonable solution.
Sealed Trading Card Products
Many products sold by Cardizard Cards are sealed trading card items. Because sealed products can no longer be verified once opened, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
By purchasing sealed trading card products, you understand and agree that pack contents are chance-based and not guaranteed.
Pulls Are Not Guaranteed
Cardizard Cards does not guarantee specific pulls, hits, chase cards, card values, grades, rarities, or pack results. Not receiving a desired card, pull, value, or result from a sealed product is not a valid reason for a refund, replacement, store credit, or compensation.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and payment information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or violation of these Terms of Service.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Cardizard Cards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, delivery issues, or circumstances outside of our control.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Depending on the situation, a resolution may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms of Service. Because we sell sealed trading card products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped, except when we determine that an issue occurred with the order, such as damage during shipping, missing items, or an incorrect product.
Customer Responsibilities
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the store, attempt fraudulent purchases, interfere with website security, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access to customers who violate these terms or abuse our policies.
